After sampling a lot of games I played for free I decided to concentrate on very short games that I still have not focussed on.

Revenge of Death Adder

I have wanted to play this sequel to Golden Axe for a while.
I tried a little, but did not find myself enjoying the title all that much compared to other Golden Axe games.

Since the announcement of the digital store closure of the Wii U I have wanted to play Final Fight 2 and 3.
I was originally a SEGA fan and missed out on the Final Fight series and was a big fan of the rival Sega side scrolling brawler Streets of Rage games.
I never even knew there were two sequels to the first Final Fight and only learned of their existence because of the Wii U store closure announcement.
I played both games and while fun enough they did not hold a candle to the Streets of Rage games or even the original Final Fight.
Took just over an hour to play.

Pretty much the same feeling I had for the second game - it was OK, but not good as other alternatives.
Played for over an hour.

Story mode very brief and not that interesting.
Although, it is a game I will come back now and again to play a few quick rounds as it is still fun, but the short 1 hour story mode is very barebones and forgettable.

A very enjoyable 1 - 2 hour story mode.
Better than King of Fighters XV story mode.
Graphically, beautiful and surprisingly epic in feeling (for a fighting game story mode) especially in the later chapters.
There are extra character episodes that seem to act like the traditional Arcade mode fighting games.
Main story mode took around 3 hours.
The additional character episodes took around a 3 - 4 hours.
There is also an additional free DLC story mode called Unforgettable Echoes.
Unforgettable Echoes is set parallel to the events of the main story and takes around 1.5 hours.
The extra story features 3 DLC characters.
Unforgettable can act like a preview of how the DLC characters feel before buying them for other modes.

Game was free on Steam.
Concluse is an indie low polygon PS1 style game that has influences from Silent Hill.
It does not have any combat and is puzzle focussed.
I enjoyed my time with it and got through 3/4 of the game, but retired it as it began to feel a little too repetitive.
