Obscure 2 - Steam Retired 23rd January 2026 While I enjoyed the first Obscure game I just cannot enjoy its sequel. It had its moments, but it just feels quite inferior to the very first Obscure. I tried it for a few chapters, but I just felt I was wasting my time, so with disappointment I decided to retire the game. Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare - PS2 Retired 24th January 2026 I just have not had much luck with the Alone in the Dark series - I have tried the first one through GOG on the PC, I have played some of the atrocious PS3 Alone in the Dark Inferno and now I have attempted the PS2 Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare. Out of three Alone in the Dark games I thought New Nightmare would finally be an Alone in the Dark that I would enjoy, but I was very wrong.
